• Vaginal or bladder infection
• Difficulty emptying your bladder and/or continuous urinary leakage
• Blood in urine, faeces, or bleeding after sexual intercourse
• Tight pelvic floor muscles (e.g. difficulty or pain during penetrative intercourse, tampon use, urinating/defecating)
• Severe pelvic pain
• New onset numbness in the saddle area, loss of bladder or bowel sensation
• Vaginal prolapse - bulging or protruding visibly from vaginal entrance
